This Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Onispot website and mobile application, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through www.onispot.com (the "Site") or the Onispot mobile application (the "App") by CALLAS CONSULTING FZ-LLC, FDAM0429, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, AL Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, as applicable. 

CALLAS CONSULTING FZ-LLC and its affiliates are collectively referred to herein under the name "Onispot" "us" or "we" and "you" or "user" means you as the user of the Website and the App.

Before using the Site or the App, please read the Terms of Service carefully.

In using the Site, opening an account or accepting or agreeing to the Terms of Service when this option is made available to you, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Onispot Payment Terms, whether on behalf of yourself or your employer or any other entity (if applicable), found here (“Payment Terms”), which is incorporated herein by reference. You further acknowledge, you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, found here. This Site or App cannot be accessed or used if you refuse to accept these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy. Please refer to the articles here to learn more about the policies surrounding activity and usage on the Site and the App.

To visit this Site or download the App, users must be at least 18 years old and of legal age to enter into a binding agreement. Minors under the age of 18 are only permitted to use the App or Site with the proper parental or guardian consent. Anyone under the age of 13 is not permitted to use the website, app, or Onispot services. You guarantee that you meet all of the aforementioned eligibility requirements by using the Site or the App. You must not access or use the Site or the App if you do not comply with all of these conditions.

These Terms of Service and any other texts on the Site and/or the App were written in their original Italian. This translation is made available by Onispot purely as a convenience. The original Italian text shall take precedence over any translation in the event of a controversy.

We reserve the right to change this Terms of Services at any time, at our sole discretion. If we makes any changes, it will notify users at the email address provided by each user and post any such changes here. Users are responsible for reviewing any such amendments. User’s continued use of Onispot after posting an amended Agreement constitutes your acceptance of any such modified terms.

We may change, modify, or upgrade the functionality or appearance of Onispot, which may include the removal or the new implementations of functionality, contents, or integrations. Onispot will be down at certain points for maintenance and upgrades. We do not and cannot guarantee that the user will have continual access to Onispot or that any particular content will be distributed to the Social Media Platforms.

Key Terms

Publishers are users who make and share contents using the Oni services on Onispot, and get paid for it (Remuneration Price). 

Advertisers are users who offer and perform Onis on Onispot to Publishers.
